The recent crisis between the Delhi Government and LG is a reflection of what is going on in Indian Politics since Arvind Kejrwial led Aam Aadmi Party won unprecedented mandate in Delhi Assembly Elections. All efforts are going on through all means to downgrade the reputation of the Delhi Government functioning mechanism. Right from Media, Bureaucrats, Businessmen lobbies to government in center, all have joined hands to attach Arvind Kejriwal and team for all kind of issues which otherwise has no relevance in usual politics. However, they forget that people are watching and understanding this nuisance and underlying causes of this menace. Thanks to Arvind for this, as his campaigning and public involvement has raised the maturity levels of Indian Citizens, especially Delhi, about how they now understand politics, governance and other issues.

Black Money Issue

The recent developments in the matter of tracing the black money has brought out some thoughts in my mind.

Most of us are aware that all the Swiss Bank is one of the most talked about destination for Black Money. It includes the money earned from corruption and the genuine money also but to avoid Taxation. Now, for last 4 decades this is happening and for last 4 years only , this issue is being taken seriously by the politicians and activists.. The amount as per one of the most reputed Not for Profit organisation: Global Financial Integrity is around 34 Lac Crore !!.. Well, this is just an estimation..The amount could be much more.. However, even this amount reflects that how many people and how much magnitude of corruption is taking place in our daily lives. And this is no doubt directly correlated with our financial and economic well being.

The trace of the black money is possible, but there is no intention by the political parties and or power centers as most of the high end corruption is a chain effect and takes place with the help of all such people involved in the machinery. If some people are traced, the whole chain will start getting unfold,, and this involves all sides of political arena and hence their own mutual interests are to be protected by them mutually... Hence, take for granted that Black Money will never come back.. At the best, just to fool and pacify we Indians, there will be some scapegoats and some few grains will be thrown to our thinking to be cool !!

The results of the General Elections 2014 are out. BJP's huge victory is a reflection of various things and a setback to Congress ( obviously) and shockingly Aam Aadmi Party which won only 4 seats.
BJP has come in power with full majority at 283 seats. Now, what led to this level of performance of BJP and AAP.. Most of people agreed along with Arvind Kejriwal that their sudden exit from the Delhi led to distrust and which led country to vote for BJP instead of AAP or other. Especially, in delhi where in Legislative Elections, AAP won 28 seats, couldn't get a single seat in General Elections.

AAP must admit ( though they have started confessing and apologizing too) that they should not have resigned from the Delhi Govt. Their stand was the Lokpal Bill. However there would have been thousand more things other than Delhi Lokpal bill on which they could have performed and win the hearts and trust of not only Delhi but could have set an excellent example and PROOF of their capability. Though being filled with good intentions, no body will be able to believe them again so soon. AAP's task becomes more challenging now when BJP is in full power at Center..

Civil Disobedience movement: Another Effort by Arvind !

Yet another effort started by Arvind Kejriwal wherein he is disobeying the delhi government by urging people to not pay electricity bills. Many see this as a stunt to again gain visibility, some do not see it is of any use. However despite all this, people know from their heart and conscious that he is doing right. At least he is doing right effort irrespective of the objective which people may interpret. Although people complain that his efforts does not lead to any definite end but all of his efforts enlighten people about the facts and figures and bring Courage amongst people. This is the need of the time that Citizen of a country / city become courageous and come out on streets to protest against the wrong.

Delhi Rape Case: The actual culprit: Corruption

3rd Jan 2013:

An unfortunate incident occurred in Dec mid 2012 shacked the sentiments of  millions of people of India and brought them together on streets to Protest. Everybody is demanding Action in form of punishment of accused, creation of more and stricter laws, enhanced security and supervision. However, unfortunately, not many people are actually able to see the root cause of this and many other issues which is " CORRUPTION". Even in this issue Corruption played the sole cause. Wait...Let me explain.
1. The auto refused to go to the girl's area: As a rule, he can't deny but he did because there is no fear of violating rules and norms for him as he can get away with a small bribe.
2. The Chartered bus was plying on account of permits and registrations obtained through fraudulent documents/fudged ones
3. The Police was not vigilant at various places in the whole route: Most of the police recruitment is flooded with back door entries and there is no vigilance of their work and duty performance. Most of them cover up each other because most of them are corrupt.
4. There is no precedent of rape case where accused got severe punishment and that too speedily: Reason again the corruption as it is very easy to get dates and dates in the courts for hearing for years and years.
Most of the judges are corrupt and influenced.
5. Scarcity of Forensic Labs and the infrastructure: Reason again is corruption as most of the Government polices are decided by the corrupt bureaucrats and there is no emphasis on creating or improving the infrastructure for these kind of labs as this safeguard their own interests

There are many more. If we look closely then most of the problems/crimes in India can be prevented or minimized by eliminating the cancer of corruption. Whatever laws we may have, it will not help.

New Era of Indian Politics begin

24th Nov 2012: A new era in Indian Politics has begun with the launch of Arvind Kejrival's initiated Political Party " Aam Aadmi Party". Though his efforts started quite some time back. However an official recognition was mandatory to further streamline the identity.
He is the new face of Indian Politics and is becoming close to the hearts and thinking of the Indian Citizens.  He is relevant, specific to the Issues and factual in his strategy as of now. The first challenge for him seems to be the smooth and well coordinated party structure amid high aspirations of his thousands of followers and volunteers who have been attached to  his initiatives since beginning. So, as we say, Charity begins from home, for him, The POLITICS WILL BEGIN FROM HIS HOME". All the Best Arvind !!
